- Profile Content — Any text, sections, or video pitches you voluntarily add to your public profile.
- Usage Data — Basic server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and uptime monitoring only.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Operate and maintain your account and public profile.
- Display your video pitch and profile sections to visitors.
- Provide platform notifications and support communications.
What We Never Do
- We never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We never retain data beyond its purpose — delete your account and everything goes with it.
- We never use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or ad networks.
Video Recordings
Video pitches you record are public by design. They are intended to be viewed by potential employers and anyone who visits your profile. You may delete or re-record your video at any time from the Record page.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and restricted server access to protect your information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, edit, or delete your profile and video at any time.
- Request a full deletion of your account by contacting sean@companylister.com.
