- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — Standard TOTP secret keys and encrypted backup recovery codes if you choose to enable MFA.
- Security Logs — Standard web server operational logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained temporarily for anti-fraud, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.
3. What We Never Do
- We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We never embed third-party ad tracking pixels, social media trackers, or cross-site fingerprinting scripts.
- We never retain your deleted content — when you delete your account or video pitch, it is purged permanently from our active database.

- Operate, maintain, and authenticate your user profile and active features.
- Host and stream your public video pitches to prospective employers and platform visitors.
- Process optional feature unlocks (e.g. video extensions, PDF themes) and shop orders.

5. Public Video Pitch Disclosures
Video pitches recorded or uploaded to your profile are public by design to allow potential recruiters and employers to evaluate your qualifications. You retain complete authority over your video content and may delete, replace, or re-record your pitch at any time from your Video Record Studio.
6. Data Security & Storage
We enforce robust technical safeguards including end-to-end HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, strict database access controls, hashed authentication tokens, and optional 2-Factor Authentication (TOTP). While no internet transmission is 100% immune, we continuously audit our infrastructure to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.
7. Your Rights & Account Controls
Regardless of your location, you hold the following rights over your data:
- Right to Access & Export — Request or download the personal data associated with your profile.
- Right to Rectification — Update or edit your profile fields, resume documents, and account settings instantly.
