1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Company Lister ("Platform", "Services"), accessible via web applications, desktop clients, or related domains, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Scope of Services

Company Lister provides a suite of digital tools designed for professionals, content creators, and shoppers, including:

• Interactive Professional Profiles — Hosting digital resumes, custom PDF themes, and shareable QR codes.
• Video Pitch Recording Studio — Browser-based video recording, trimming, green screen, and hosting tools.
• E-Commerce & Global Catalog Shop — Product discovery, price comparison, and upcoming catalog ordering.
• Vods Go & Desktop Editing Tools — Video editing and desktop utility applications for creators.

3. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We strongly encourage enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Upload, record, or transmit illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to breach security measures, reverse-engineer server endpoints, or access unauthorized user accounts.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or excessive traffic generators that degrade platform performance.
• Impersonate any individual, organization, or Company Lister representative.

5. Content Ownership & License Grant

You retain full ownership of all text, media, resumes, and video recordings you upload to Company Lister. By posting content publicly, you grant Company Lister a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and stream your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

6. Billing, Stripe Payments & Unlocks

All financial payments (account balance deposits, feature unlocks, premium themes) are processed through Stripe. Account balances and completed feature unlocks are non-refundable once activated unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Company Lister is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free software operation, or specific employer hiring results from your video profile.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Lister and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of substantial updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
