You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person, one account — automated or bulk account creation is not permitted.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Company Lister, including your profile sections and video pitches. By uploading content, you grant Company Lister a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your public profile and video pitch as part of the platform's normal operation.
Video pitches recorded on the platform are publicly accessible. They may be viewed, shared, or embedded by employers and other visitors for professional evaluation purposes. Please ensure your video content is appropriate and does not contain confidential information you do not wish to share publicly.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may delete your own content at any time.
Company Lister is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Lister and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
